remember, our terms and conditions are created for the Safety of our
passengers, employees, others and equipment. By making your reservation with Private
Limousine Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions: Additional charges, including "Additional Wait Time", "Extra Stops", "After hours", "Gratuity", "Domestic Baggage-Claim Meet" (upon request), "International Gate Meet" (upon request) and other fees, will be itemized on the invoice.
Corporate accounts will be charged an additional 5% if payment was made by
corporate credit card.
Domestic Baggage-Claim Meet: Arrangements have to be made in advance. The chauffeur will meet you at the Baggage-Claim area with a sign displaying your name. An additional charge of $20 will apply for a Domestic Baggage-Claim Meet. Curbside Pick-up: Your reserved vehicle will be waiting for your phone call in the Airport parking lot. After you claim your baggage, and you are ready to live the airport, please immediately contact us at the number provided in your reservation confirmation. Please walk to the designated “limousine” area, your limousine will arrive shortly after your call; your name will be displayed on the front windshield of the limousine, unless otherwise instructed. Please do not go to the parking lot to locate your limousine. For additional information please contact us. There is no additional charge for Curbside Pick-ups. To avoid No Show charges: If you are having difficulty locating your limousine or chauffeur, please contact us immediately. Please do not leave the airport without contacting us as that will result in a full charge.
Reservations & Cancellations Reservation: To make reservations, please call us at our toll free number 1-866-866-7788 or email us at info@prvtlimo.com. Upon receipt of your reservation, we will email or fax your confirmation and pick-up telephone numbers for your reference. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick-up time. However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. To avoid misunderstanding, please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any mistakes in the confirmation letter, please contact us immediately.
Hourly Reservation: Cancellation within one week prior to the pick-up time will result in a full charge. Rescheduling is possible within the one-week period depending upon vehicle availability. The full cancellation charge will apply if we are not able to reschedule due to our unavailability. Hourly Reservation - Overtime: Please ask your driver, if it's possible to go over the reserved time. Approval of the overtime is not guaranteed, it depends on vehicle availability. A 15 minute grace period is allowed following the reserved time. Hourly charges, including all applicable fees and a 25% surcharge will apply on the hourly rate. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on reservations for weddings, proms, night on the town, wine tours and all hourly charters. A credit card authorization form and liability form is also required before reservations are accepted. Delayed or Early Flights: If your flight is delayed or arrived early, we reserve the right to send you any other vehicle from our fleet or a vehicle from another licensed and insured limousine provider. Domestic Flight
Grace Period and Waiting Time:
A 30-minute grace period is allowed following the flight arrival time,
listed on the airlines or the Airports websites. Waiting time will be charged at $15.00 per
15-minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Our chauffeurs
instructed not to wait for more than one hour if contact has not been made
with the customer. This will result in a full charge of the quoted price
plus the fee for one hour of waiting time. You must contact us during the
30 minute grace period, if you need your driver to wait for more than one
hour.
Other Damages: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle, caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A damage fee of $250.00 will be charged if the client or any member of their party causes any damage to the vehicle, interior or exterior, electronic equipments, etc. In addition to the $250.00 damage fee, the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damage in excess of $250.00. The repair or replacement of any damaged items shall be at the sole discretion of Private Limousine Service. Drug Use Prohibited: Law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges. Suitable Behavior: Please refrain from excessive drinking, be respectful to the chauffeur, refrain from the use of foul language, and unacceptable behavior - it will lead to termination of the transportation. Quoted price and other occurring charges such as any damages to the property of Private Limousine Service, and its employee’s well being, applicable attorney fees, court expenses, etc. will apply. No Liability: We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, breakdown, etc. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.
Private Limousine Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted.
